Joining the formidable fleet of stealth fighters, the U.S. Air Force will also deploy a variety of aircraft including the A-10 Warthogs and C-130 Hercules. These aircraft will be operated and maintained by a dedicated team of approximately 225 skilled airmen.

Originally launched in the Philippines back in 1976, Cope Thunder subsequently relocated to Eielson Air Force Base in 1992 and was renamed Red Flag Alaska. However, this year marks the triumphant return of Cope Thunder to the Philippines since 1990, presenting a unique opportunity to integrate forces and significantly enhance interoperability between the two nations.

Cope Thunder 23-1 was held in May 1-12.
