Montana’s governor Brian Schweitzer has filed a lawsuit to stop the transfer of F-15s in his state to California.
Montana ANG is suppose to swap its F-15s for C-130s, however bills passed in Congress has halt the transfer of C-130s yet the Senate bill may not block the transfer of the F-15s.
