DARPA selects AeroVironment and Northrop Grumman for TERN Phase 2

Both AeroVironment and Northrop Grumman have successfully proceed to Phase 2 of DARPA’s Tactically Exploited Reconnaissance Node (TERN) program.

In Phase 3, one company will be selected to build a medium-altitude, long-endurance unmanned aerial system demonstrator for initial ground-based testing.
