New sanctions against Iran will let S-300 slip through

Critics are saying that a draft U.N. resolution that would impose sanctions on Iran will allow Russia to supply the S-300 missile system to Iran.

This is because surface-to-air missiles are not included in the United Nations Register of Conventional Arms.
