The U.S. Marine Corps will have to wait till 2018 before it can deploy the MV-22B as an airborne tanker for its aviation elements.
The program manager for the V-22 disclosed at the Sea-Air-Space Exposition that the service is targeting summer of 2018 to introduce that capability.
