The Spanish Air Force’s Eurofighter has made its first drop of the GBU-48 dual-mode GPS and laser guided bomb.

The testing was carried out from a twin-seat Eurofighter Tranche 2 in the Gulf of Cadiz in support of CLAEX “El Arenosillo.” Terminal guidance was done using a Litening III targeting pod.
