Bulgarian Prime Minister Boiko Borissov said he is willing to haggle with U.S. President Donald Trump over the purchase of F-16s.

“And when I come to negotiate with President Trump, I will tell you want compromise I am willing to accept and what not,” Borissov was quoted as saying.
Borissov added that the U.S. is demanding the highest prices and to delay the delivery of the jets.
