Raytheon has shipped two AN/ALQ-249 Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band (NGJ-MB) production representative pods to the U.S. Navy last month, NAVAIR has disclosed.

The pods were delivered to Patuxent River and handed over to the Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Program Office (PMA-234) pod shop.
VX-23 and VX-31 will carry out the developmental test (DT) program using these pods before VX-9 executes the commence operational test (OT).
