Textron Aviation Defense has delivered the first T-6 training aircraft for Tunisian Air Force. A total of eight aircraft are ordered under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract.

Tunisia will operate them at No. 13 Squadron at Sfax Air Base. Training of pilots from Tunisia started on Oct. 31 at Textron Aviation Defense facilities in Wichita
A second T-6C will be delivered by end of this year.
