Yuzhnoye successfully carried out vibration tests of Cyclone-4M rocket

Ukraine’s Yuzhnoye has completed vibration testing of the fairing for the Cyclone-4M rocket. The company says representatives from Maritime Launch Services were on-site to observe the tests as well.

CC-130 takeoff cancelled after laser shone into cockpit

A Royal Canadian Air Force pilot decided to abort takeoff at 14 Wing on May 13 after a laser was shone into the cockpit while the aircraft was taxiing to the runway.

Taiwan is scheduled to hold a road runway exercise on May 28 and Apple Daily has reported that two F-16Vs will be participating.

Brazil to take delivery of first modernized E-99M next year

Jane’s has been told that the first Embraer E-99M airborne early warning and control (AEW&C) aircraft will be delivered to customer – the Brazilian Air Force – next year.
