Lockheed Martin has been given a contract to upgrade the Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (M‑TADS/PNVS) system for Japan’s fleet of AH-64DJP Apaches.

Jordanian AH-1 crashes

Jordan lost a AH-1 attack helicopter on Apr. 26 during a training mission in the Al Ghabawi area, eastern Amman. The pilot and gunner were able to evacuate successfully from the wreckage.
