Two Russia Air Force Tu-160 bombers have arrived in Venezuela after a 13-hour non-stop flight. Taking off from Engels airbase, the flight was shadowed by Norwegian F-16s.

North Korea expanding rocket base

U.S.-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies said Monday that North Korea is conducting major construction at its Sohae Satellite Launching Station.
