A group of airmen from the 2nd Bomb Wing visited Engels Air Base in Saratov, Russia, last month. The five are there to assess the airfield in anticipation of the B-52’s visit next year.

Australia and Indonesia are close to concluding a deal to buy six RAAF C-130Hs for $15 million each. The aircraft will be refurbished to the same configuration as the four that were donated to Indonesia.
