Denmark has delivered the FIM-92 to Latvia

FIM-92 Stinger missiles that Latvia acquired from Denmark have been delivered, Defense Minister Raimonds Bergmanis announced on Oct. 26.

South Korea’s PAC-2 missile blew up four seconds into flight

South Korea’s testing of a PAC-2 missile went wrong on Oct. 25 when the interceptor blew up four seconds after it was fired from its canister.

Patriot’s C-band PESA radar is showing up on SAR satellite images

A new way to geolocate C-band air defense radars have been discovered by Harel Dan. Analyzing the synthetic-aperture radar (SAR) data generated by Europe’s Sentinel 1 satellites. He found out that the radars showed up as X-shaped marks in the images.

ImageSat International reveals location of Syria’s S-300

ImageSat International has found the location of Syria’s S-300 air defense missile system. Since it was delivered by Russia in the last week of September, the system has been moved to a Syrian air defense base at Maysaf.
