At Defexpo India 2016, Thales and BEL-Thales Systems Limited (BTSL), the joint venture between Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) and Thales, have signed a partnership agreement for the joint development of the PHAROS fire control radar.

Russia has given India a draft agreement for the sale of S-400 air defense system
Speaking at Defexpo India 2016 exhibition, a deputy director of Russia’s Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) told reporters that Russia is waiting for a response from India over the sale of the S-400 air defense system.
