JLENS’s FY 2016 got slashed by $30 milllion
U.S. lawmakers choose to reduce the funding for the Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS) by $30 million, giving only $10.5 million to fund the program.

Aegis Ashore facility in Romania is “technically capable”
Reuters reports that both Romania and United States will declare the construction of the Aegis Ashore ballistic missile defense facility is over and the installation is now “technically capable.” The announcement is expected today.

Spain to keep Patriot unit in Turkey till 2017
