Russia says Aegis Ashore violates 1987 INF Treaty

Moscow says the Aegis Ashore ballistic missile defense facility in Romania violates the 1987 INF Treaty as the MK 41 vertical launching system installed there is capable of firing Tomahawk cruise missiles.

U.S. Navy modifying defensive weapons to give them offensive capability
