RAND recommends that Baltics SOF, National Guard units expand inventory of anti-armor and anti-air systems

A report by RAND on deterring Russian aggression in the Baltic States suggests that the special operation forces (SOF) and national guard units of the three countries should have more man-portable anti-armor and anti-air systems.

THAAD being deployed to Romania as Aegis Ashore system there getting upgraded

NATO has announced that the Aegis Ashore ballistic missile defense system in Romania is getting upgrades and will be offline during the process. A Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system will be deployed to Deveselu Base as a stopgap measure.
