A Pakistan Air Force GIDS Shahpar unmanned aerial vehicle crashed near Mianwali on Sept. 26. Fortunately, no one was injured by the accident.
The Icelandic foreign ministry has complained that three Russian Air Force Tu-160 bombers flew between 6,000 and 9,000 feet below a passenger plane that departed Reykjavik and bound for Sweden.

The U.S. Air Force sent two C-130s plus airmen from the 374th Air Wing at Yokota Air Base, Japan, the 36th Contingency Response Group from Andersen Air Force Base, Guam and other units from across PACAF to Mactan-Benito Ebuen Air Base, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines for the third rotational Air Contingent.
