The drone that Israeli air defense failed to shoot down belongs to Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin has admitted to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that an unmanned aerial vehicle that entered Israeli airspace on Jul. 17 belongs to the Russian military stationed in Syria.

Peterson AFB hit by hailstorm

Airmen at Peterson Air Force Base were caught off guard on Jul. 28 when a severe thunderstorm starting raining baseball-sized hail at the installation. Several C-130s from the 302nd Airlift Wing were damaged as a result.

F-35, F/A-18F out to impress Canadians at Abbotsford International Airshow

The Abbotsford International Airshow is taking place on Aug. 12 and this year, the F-35 will make its debut in Canada. Not to be outdone by Lockheed Martin, Boeing will be represented by the F/A-18F.
