Development testing of Conventional Rotary Launcher on B-52 found critical issues

It was suppose to be a straightforward test, but when a B-52H was trying to release its weapons on the modified Conventional Rotary Launcher during development testing, the bomber’s offensive avionics computer processors shut down as the plane flew towards its target.

F-15Es from 492nd Fighter Squadron flew over Acropolis for photo op

A pair of F-15Es from the 492nd Fighter Squadron flew over Acropolis, Athens on Apr. 13 for a photo flight along with three F-16s from the Hellenic Air Force.

F-15E WSO clocks 1,000 combat hours

A F-15E weapons system officer with the 391st Expeditionary Fighter Squadron has achieved the rare feat of having 1,000 combat hours under his belt.
