Sri Lanka Air Force says no decision on JF-17

A spokesman for the Sri Lanka Air Force told The Sunday Leader that the service has not made a decision to buy the JF-17 despite media reports that Pakistan is pushing for the country to be the jet’s second export customer.

Canada plans to launch new military pilot training program

The Canadian government has asked the industry to reply by Feb. 2 on whether they are interested to participate in a tender to provide military pilot training for the RCAF from year 2021.

India activated Hind gunships to flush out gunmen at Pathankot airbase

During the operation to rid Pathankot airbase of unidentified gunmen, the Indian Air Force activated its Hind helicopter gunships to attack the militants holed up in the compound.

Indonesia has allocated funds to buy Kh-31, Kh-59 and AIM-120 missiles
