Russian Su-27 made an unsafe intercept of USAF RC-135 for second time
Two weeks ago, a U.S. Air Force RC-135 was intercepted by a Russian Su-27 fighter over the Baltic Sea. However, the fighter approached the reconnaissance plane in an unsafe manner, an anonymous U.S. official said.
