Corroded rivet was causing C-130 crew illness

C-130 crews from the U.S. Air Force suffered from physiological problems when the aircraft’s pressurization system failed and could not be controlled effective. The cause remained unknown until recently.

India orders 36 Rafales whilst waiting for MMRCA to be negotiated

India has decided that the operational requirements of the Indian Air Force dictates the need to buy 36 Rafale fighters off-the-shelf while continuing to negotiate the MMRCA contract.

Pentagon to protest “unsafe and unprofessional” intercept by Russian Su-27

On Apr. 7, a U.S. RC-135U flying over the Baltic Sea was intercepted by a Russian Su-27 in “an unsafe and unprofessional manner.”

Taxiway Zulu at Bagram Air Field is now runway 03L/21R
