Pilots from Colombia, Nigeria, Thailand, and Tunisia learn to operate AERONet

The air forces of Colombia, Nigeria, Thailand, and Tunisia have sent two pilots each to Moody Air Force Base where they learn how to operate the Airborne Extensible Relay Over-Horizon Network (AERONet).
