Skunk Works Chief: Stealth still required for F/A-XX, F-X

LCA’s FOC pushed back due to delays in getting refueling probe

HAL may have to extend the Final Operational Clearance (FOC) of the LCA as there is a delay in getting the air-to-air refuelling probe and nose cone from Britain.
