Pentagon wants to buy 57 instead of 55 F-35s in FY2016
The Pentagon had planned to buy 55 F-35s in fiscal year 2016, however, two government officials told Bloomberg that the Department of Defense is now seeking permission to buy 57 aircraft.

AIDC handed over a Boeing 727 to the RoCAF at Ching Chuan Kang airbase on Jan. 13 for public display. The jet served as a Presidential aircraft in the 1980s.
