First F-15/F-16 IRST Advanced Datalink test

The U.S. Air Force has proved that a F-15 and a F-16, both equipped with the Legion Pod, can use the pod’s IRST21 infrared sensor to passively triangulate target position.

Eielson AFB takes delivery of 54th and final F-35A

The 354th Fighter Wing at Eielson Air Force Base has taken delivery of its 54th and final F-35A this month.
