Brazil to retire Mirage 2000 this year, could replace them with F-5

Brazil has decided to retire its Mirage 2000 fleet on Dec. 31 as the aircraft has run out of hours. One potential replacement is the F-5 which will be refurbished by Embraer.

C-5A that launch Minuteman missile going to Air Mobility Command Museum

C-5 tail no. 69-0014 is going to the Air Mobility Command Museum for retirement. The cargo jet launch a Minuteman missile over the Pacific Ocean on Oct. 24, 1974.
