Russia is trying to sell a batch of 18 Su-30s that were rejected by India in 2003. These planes are currently in a repair plant in Belarus.

RAF’s final Weapons Systems course
The Royal Air Force’s Weapons Systems course from RAF Leeming has graduated its last batch of students. The trade will no longer be needed in the future as the Tornado GR4 is due to be phased out by 2020, and replacement aircraft will be single seaters.
