Gen. Mark A. Welsh III to be the next chief of staff of the U.S. Air Force

Gen. Mark A. Welsh III has been nominated by the Pentagon to be the next chief of staff of the U.S. Air Force. Welsh is currently serving as the U.S. Air Forces in Europe commander.
