40 Russian bombers will exercise near Japanese border

USAF tells pilots to throttle back
The U.S. Air Force has ordered its pilots to fly higher and slower in order to conserve fuel. For example, C-17 pilots have to reduce their speed from 507 knots to 493 knots.
