F-22, F-35 and XQ-58A flew together for the first time

During a series of tests over the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground on Dec. 9, the Pentagon was able to demonstrate the effectiveness of its gatewayONE payload to let fifth generation fighters communicate with each other via their datalinks for the first time.

Delivery of newly-built F-15SAs completed

The U.S. Air Force says the delivery of 84 newly-built F-15SA fighters to Saudi Arabia has completed.

An F-15C fighter jet from the 44th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron, Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, fly in formation with two F-15SA Royal Saudi Air Force jets from the 6th Squadron, King Khalid Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a KC-135 Stratotanker from Al Udeid, Qatar, during an integrated sortie flight in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, June 25, 2020. The integrated sorties allow U.S. and RSAF pilots to familiarize themselves with communications and mission planning procedures. It also allows them to maintain readiness for longer mission capabilities.
