South Korea to upgrade IFF and Link 16 on Peace Eye fleet

South Korea will spend $433 million to upgarde the Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) and Link 16 tactical data link system of its Boeing 737 Peace Eye airborne early warning and control (AEW&C) fleet.

Former F/A-18 driver is first USAF F-35A pilot to clock 1,000 hours on the stealth fighter

Lt. Col. Jared Santos became the first U.S. Air Force pilot to reach 1,000 flying hours in the F-35A on Oct. 22.
