The most spectacular 4th of July flyover took place over the South China Sea

While the Pentagon commemorated the 4th of July with flyovers in Washington, D.C., Boston, New York City, Philadelphia and Baltimore. The most spectacular flyover by the U.S. Air Force and Navy actually took place half way across the world in the South China Sea.

F-15 pilot clocks 3,000 hours

U.S. Air Force Col. Geoffrey Jensen, 173rd Operations Group commander, is the latest F-15 pilot to clock more than 3,000 hours on the aircraft.
