Red Arrows pilot was fatigued and distracted before crash

Investigations into the crash of a Red Arrows jet on Mar. 20 last year has revealed that the pilot was fatigued, distracted and experiencing reduced situational awareness when the jet crash.

South Korea wants to setup second hotline with China’s Eastern Theater Command

South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) office has said that the country is now in talks to link South Korea’s 2nd Master Control and Report Center (MCRC) and China’s Eastern Theater Command.

420 FLT has been reactivated on Oct. 4

F-35A student pilot saves aircraft during in-flight computer failure

Capt. Robert Larson, a 61st Fighter Squadron student pilot, was able to save his jet during a training mission in May this year after one of its flight computers failed.
