USAF is looking at using the C-5M for medevac missions

Air Mobility Command has started evaluations on turning the C-5M cargo plane into a flying hospital for large-scale aeromedical evacuation.

Active Duty, Reserve and Delaware Air National Guard Airmen worked together during the PoC to test the cargo compartment of the C-5M with the goal of establishing the aircraft as part of the universal qualification training program for all AE crews. Germany to decide on Tornado’s replacement as soon as possible next year

Falcon Heavy certified for NSSL mission
