Japan cleared to buy 160 AIM-120C-7 missiles

The Trump administration has informed Congress on a possible Foreign Military Sale to Japan of 160 AIM-120C-7 air-to-air missiles.

F-35A Lightning II test aircraft assigned to the 31st Test Evaluation Squadron from Edwards Air Force Base, California, released AIM-120 AMRAAM and AIM-9X missiles at QF-16 targets during a live-fire test over an Air Force range in the Gulf of Mexico on June 12, 2018. The Joint Operational Test Team conducted the missions as part of Block 3F Initial Operational Test and Evaluation.

Angola has taken delivery of all 12 Su-30Ks, aircraft upgraded to SM standard

TASS reports that all 12 Su-30K fighters ordered by Angola has been delivered by the 558th Aviation Repair Plant of Belarus.

Switzerland to split fighter purchase from Air2030 program
