Arresting system at Changi airport runway 02R/20L is operational

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore published an AIP Supplement – AIP SUP016/2019-3 – on Feb. 15 and section 2.10 stated that the “Arrestor hookwire” is now installed on runway 02R/20L.
