RAAF testing external fuel tanks on C-130J

The Royal Australian Air Force is testing out the feasibility of fitting external fuel tanks to its C-130J transports and the first aircraft, A97-440, was recently handed over to No. 37 Squadron with those external tanks hanging beneath its wings.

USAF C-17 carried out ground refueling with RAAF EA-18G

USAF prepares to shutter RAF Mildenhall

The U.S. Air Force has started to prepare for the closure of RAF Mildenhall with about 530 USAF personnel and 740 dependants being relocated to RAF Fairford.

F-22 pilots are taking off using an incorrect technique

Investigation into the F-22A mishap at NAS Fallon in April this year has found that the pilots are taking off using an incorrect technique.
