A recent television report by Vietnam’s Ministry of Defense own television channel has disclosed the presence of the R-77 air-to-air missile in the country.
A T-6A assigned to the 12th Flying Wing crashed near Rolling Oaks Mall, Texas on Sept. 18. The wing reported that both crew members ejected and are safe with minor injuries.

The U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency announced on Sept. 14 that its Principal Director for Security Assistance Ms. Michèle Hizon and State Secretary of Defence, for the Netherlands, Ms. Barbara Visser have signed a Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) for the modernization of 28 AH-64Ds to the E variant.
