Boeing gets contract to convert 11 F/A-18E/Fs into Blue Angel configuration

Starting from 2022, the U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels will be flying the F/A-18E during airshows. Boeing has received a $17 million contract to convert nine F/A-18Es and 2 F/A-18Fs into the Blue Angel configuration.

General Atomics’ company-owned MQ-9B crossing the Atlantic to attend RIAT

General Atomics will bring its company-owned MQ-9B SkyGuardian unmanned aerial vehicle to the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) airshow next month and it intends to fly it from the company’s Flight Test and Training Center in Grand Forks, North Dakota to RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire.
