Australia’s 2016 Defense Whitepaper spells out vertical lift requirements for next 20 years
Australia has published its 2016 Defense Whitepaper and one of the recommendation is to phase out the Tiger attack helicopter in around ten years time.

Mi-24s and Mi-28s participated in drills in southern Russia
Mi-24 and Mi-28 attack helicopters recently took part in an exercise in Krasnodar region of southern Russia.
Avenger and Patriot units in South Korea partner together for exercise
E Battery, 6th Battalion, 52nd Air Defense Artillery Regiment from the U.S. Army was deployed to Osan Air Base, South Korea for a recent battalion field training exercise to integrate the unit’s Avenger Missile System and Sentinel Radar with the Patriot unit from the rest of 6-52 ADA.
