TASS: Ka-52 to be deployed to Syria

Chinook Block 2 upgrade moves forward
At the Association of the U.S. Army’s aviation forum in Virginia, Army officials revealed that the program for Chinook Block 2 upgrade has been given the green light to proceed and a request for proposal will be issued shortly.

France ordered six NH90 TTH helicopters
France has ordered six NH90 TTH helicopters, bringing the total number ordered to 74. French procurement agency DGA announced the decision on Jan. 7.
