Pakistan successfully test-fires HQ-7A (FM-90)

The Pakistani Army successfully tested the Chinese HQ-7A (FM-90) SHORADS on May 11. The test was witnessed by Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif.

Australia commissions two CH-47Fs into service

Jordan wants a single UH-60M for VIP duties

Indian Army inducts Akash surface-to-air missile

The Indian Army inducted the Akash air defense missile system into service on May 2. The indigenous surface-to-air missile is operational with the Indian Air Force as well.

Turkey deploying two T129s to fight against PKK
