NATO CH-47 makes hard landing in Afghanistan

A NATO CH-47 helicopter made a hard landing in the eastern province of Logar, Afghanistan on Monday and the crew destroyed the aircraft as it was badly damaged.

MEADS radar likely to be deployed by U.S. Army

Black Hawk crash kills 11 in Afghanistan

Seven Americans and four Afghans were killed when their Black Hawk helicopter went down during a firefight with insurgents in a remote area of southern Afghanistan on Thursday.
