YouTube: Apache crash in Afghanistan caught on video

A video has been posted on YouTube showing a U.S. Army Apache pilot trying to show-off in front of a camp in Paktika province, Afghanistan. The pilot failed to recover from a steep turn and the helicopter slammed into the ground. Fortunately, none of the crew or anyone on the ground were injured.

NH90 Simulators for France

The NATO Helicopter Management Agency (NAHEMA) has tasked Sogitec Industries to design and produce a full-flight simulator for French Army and Air Force NH90 helicopters.

Iraqi insurgents destroyed 4 Apaches using photos downloaded from Internet

Four AH-64s that arrived in Iraq in 2007 were destroyed by a mortar attack after soldiers took their pictures and uploaded them on the Internet. Insurgents were able to extract the geo-tags from the photos and determine the exact location of the Apaches.
