U.S. Army National Guard invented a smartphone-controlled IFR training visor

The Wisconsin Army National Guard has created a instrument flight rules (IFR) training visor that uses a smartphone to turn it opaque for training purposes.

Egypt to upgrade 43 Apaches into AH-64Es

The Trump administration has cleared Egypt to upgrade 43 of its Apache attack helicopters into the E model. The Foreign Military Sale package is estimated to cost $2.3 billion.
