Japanese government counter-suing Toshiba for failing to come up with reconnaissance F-15J
One year ago, we reported that Toshiba is seeking damages from the Japanese government for the failure to modify F-15Js into reconnaissance planes. The Defense Ministry is now counter-suing Toshiba for breach of contract.
