Toshiba to settle with government over reconnaissance F-15J dispute

Japanese conglomerate Toshiba has decided to pay the Japanese government $14 million to settle a lawsuit on a failed attempt to create a reconnaissance variant of the F-15J.

Taiwan cleared to buy 56 JSOWs and 50 AGM-88Bs

The U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency has notified Congress that the Trump administration has cleared the sale of 56 AGM-154C JSOW missiles and 50 AGM-88B anti-radiation missiles to Taiwan.

Six NATO nations pledge to study new ASW, ISR aircraft

At a ceremony in Brussels, Defence Ministers from France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain and Turkey signed a Letter of Intent on “Cooperation on Multinational Maritime Multi Mission Aircraft Capabilities,” a press from NATO said.

Germany, Norway join European multinational MRTT program

The AC-130 is getting a new weapon

The U.S. Air Force has placed a sole-source order for 70 GBU-69/B Small Glide Munitions (SGMs) with Dynetics. The contract also has an option to buy 30 more weapons.
